Online weekly Program includes live daily demos at 6am and scaling options for all exercises to suit Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels of fitness and ability and full 5 day program released every Sunday. No 2 classes are ever the same and program includes scaling options for all levels of fitness and ability.
All programs are designed for Women inhouse at XO Fitness and progress is a main key behind programming for women.
