Choice of 6 Programs available online all programs come with full support and help with technique if required. Online weekly Program includes live daily demos at 6am and scaling options for all exercises to suit Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels of fitness and ability and full 5 day program released every Sunday. No 2 classes are ever the same and program includes scaling options for all levels of fitness and ability. 

All programs are designed for Women inhouse at XO Fitness and progress is a main key behind programming for women.
