At XO Fitness Centre, we know that pregnancy and postpartum can feel both beautiful and overwhelming and you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💛

We’re a ladies-only, strength-based gym where mums are truly welcome. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or a little further along in your journey, our qualified coaches are here to support you every step of the way.

We specialise in gently rebuilding strength through safe, guided pelvic floor and core work, along with stability exercises designed to reduce injury and help you feel strong and confident in your body again. Every programme is tailored to you because no two pregnancies or recoveries are ever the same.
