45min Beginner program suitable for anyone new to fitness and exercise 

Small classes with knowlegable coaches to help guide you to your new goals

Different exercise focus each session. Combination of weights based and body weight. Learn how to burn fat, build lean strong, stable muscle.

We will cap these beginner classes at 6 per class so you can get the required attention in each session

Meet likeminded ladies

We all start somewhere, these sessions are designed for ladies that have never exercised or are very new wanting to learn how.

Basic nutrition Information

We will give you a basic nutrition guide and ideas that will help you recover from your sessions and help you reach your goals
