Small Group Sessions
Our Small group Sessions are a great way to meet new people, and learn some new exercises and techniques. every class is programmed for Women by Women.
Join our Regular class timetable or private groups of 2 or more can be booked in.
XO Fitness Centre is proud to be able to provide NDIS Government funded Personal Training through the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) to eligible participants on Plan-Managed and Self-Managed Plans.
We have qualified and friendly Female trainers who can tailor a program to suit your needs and goals. Working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer gives you supervised and specifically tailored sessions for your unique needs, it’s 100% private in our Small boutique Womens only Gym, we give coaching and motivation as well as help to ensure you are safe while you exercise.

We understand the unique challenges and limitations faced by people with disabilities and adjust training programs to suit individuals. XO Fitness is a private female only gym, Full gym access is provided to participants and private rooms are available upon request for the comfort of the participant.
